- 50% refund: 12-24 hours notice
- No refund: Less than 12 hours notice
- Weather-related cancellations handled case-by-case
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Equipment Care
- Inspect bicycle before use
- Report any issues immediately
- Lock bicycle when unattended
- Return equipment clean and undamaged

- Helmets mandatory for all riders

- No riding under the influence
- No aggressive or stunt riding

- No modifications to electrical systems
- Speed limits must be observed

5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Damage and Loss
- Renter responsible for theft, loss, or damage
- Charges based on repair/replacement cost

5.2 Insurance

5.3 Waiver of Liability
