Standard Cancellations
Timeframes and Refunds
– If you cancel 24+ hours before your scheduled rental time, you will receive a Full refund
– If you cancel within 12 to 24 hours before your rental time, you will receive a 50% refund
– If you cancel less than 12 hours before your rental time, you will not receive a refund

Processing Time
– Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
– Store credit: Immediate
– Rescheduling: Subject to availability
No-Shows
– Rentals not claimed within 30 minutes of reservation time are considered no-shows
– No refunds for no-shows
– No rescheduling available for no-shows
Group Bookings (5+ Bikes)
– 72+ hours notice: Full refund
– 48-72 hours notice: 75% refund
– 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
– Less than 24 hours: No refund
Weather-Related Cancellations
By Our Team
– Full refund if we cancel due to weather
– Option to reschedule for another date
– Store credit valid for one year
By Customer
– Must cancel at least 2 hours before rental
– Must meet Fair Weather Policy criteria
– Documentation may be required

Early Returns
– No refunds for early returns due to customer preference
– Prorated refunds available for early returns due to weather
– Must follow staff instructions for weather-related returns
Modifications
– Rental date changes subject to availability
– Time changes on same day: No fee if available
– Bike type changes: Price difference applies
Holiday and Special Event Periods
– Special cancellation policies may apply
– Extended notice periods may be required
– See specific event terms at time of booking
Exceptions
